I’m Joanna Wood, a counsellor and coach supporting women 50+ to navigate midlife transitions with clarity, confidence and emotional steadiness.
As a woman in midlife I know what it’s like to redefine my purpose, change direction, and begin again.
I combine qualifications in counselling from the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors (AIPC), Master of Public Policy, Australian National University (ANU), Yoga teacher training (Sivananda Yoga), Breathwork training, and more than 20 years senior executive experience, group facilitation, with lived experience of real-life change.
