  • Individual counselling: $100 per 60-minute session

  • Group programs: $180 (4 x 90 min sessions - 6 participants max)

  • Intention Circles: $30 per session

  • Medicare rebates: Not available

  • Private health: Some funds may offer rebates

  • Format: Online video sessions (Google Meet) and in-person in Bittern

  • Availability: Currently accepting new clients

  • All sessions are held in the Melbourne time zone.

Specialist Counselling and Online Programs

    • Flexible frequency and scheduling
    • Option to transition into group programs for continued support

    Payment

    • Payment is due on the day of your session.

    • No Medicare rebate is offered.

    • If you're on income support or have limited income, feel free to reach out to discuss adjusted fees.

    • Access to a warm, supportive group space

    $180 per program

  • Living Well with GLP-1 is a small online group session for up to 6 women.

    Each session is 90 minutes

    The Fee is $180 for the entire program

  • $30 per session.

    These are gentle, ongoing support circles for women who’ve completed one of the main programs and want to continue their growth in a safe and supported space.

    You can choose from:
    • The Intention Circle – values alignment and accountability
    • Living Well Together (GLP-1) – identity and emotional steadiness
    • Dating with Intention Circle – confidence and boundaries

    Each follow-on group includes:
    • A 45-minute live online session
    • Light tools and reflective practices
    • Optional buddy support
    • Session notes
    • A grounded and supportive group space

Frequently Asked Questions

    • More than 24 hours’ notice: no fee.

    • Less than 24 hours or missed sessions: full fee applies.

    • Program fees are for the full 4 session series and are not refundable once the program starts.

    • Missed group sessions receive notes/resources; no make-up sessions.

    • Compassion is always considered for emergencies.

  • Some private health funds provide rebates for counselling.

  • Payment is due on the day of your session.
