1) Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using this website and booking services, you agree to these Terms and any policies referenced here (including the Privacy Policy).
2) Who the site is for
This website and services are intended for adult women (18+) seeking counselling/coaching and programs for personal development. If you are under 18, please obtain consent from a parent/guardian and contact me before booking.
3) Information only (no medical advice)
Content is general in nature and for education/reflection. It is not medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, or financial advice and does not replace care from your health provider.
4) Crisis & safety

5) Bookings, payments & cancellations
Sessions and programs are delivered online unless stated otherwise.
By booking, you accept the service description, price, and Cancellation/Reschedule Policy set out on the Booking page.
Payments are processed by secure third-party providers; I don’t store full card details.
Refunds are governed by Australian Consumer Law and the policy on the Booking page.
6) Telehealth
You’re responsible for a private space and stable internet. I don’t record sessions without explicit consent. Telehealth may not suit all concerns—alternatives can be discussed.
7) Client responsibilities
Please provide accurate information, arrive on time, and engage respectfully. You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and wellbeing between sessions.
8) Privacy & records
I handle personal information per my Privacy Policy (including clinical records kept in Nova Notes). Some third-party providers may process data outside Australia—see the Privacy Policy.
9) Intellectual property
All site content (text, graphics, downloads, program materials) is protected by copyright. You may not copy, distribute, adapt, or commercialise without written permission. Personal, non-commercial use only.
10) Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site (e.g., unlawful, harmful, defamatory, infringing, spamming, scraping, or security-testing). I may suspend access for suspected misuse.
11) External links & third-party tools
Links are provided for convenience; I’m not responsible for external content or policies. Your use of third-party tools (e.g., Acuity/Squarespace, Zoom, payment processors) is subject to their terms.
12) Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Services are provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law:
I exclude all non-mandatory warranties.
I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
My total liability for any claim arising out of the site or services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service, except where not permitted by law.
13) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify me against losses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site/services, except to the extent caused by my negligence or unlawful act.
14) Changes
I may update these Terms at any time. The “Effective date” shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the changes.
15) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
