No. Most of the women I work with are not in crisis. They’re functioning, capable, and getting on with life, but something doesn’t feel quite right. You might feel lost, flat, overwhelmed, or unsure what the next chapter should look like. Counselling can be a place to pause, reflect, and work out how you want to live now, before things reach breaking point.

I work primarily with midlife women, usually aged 50+, who are navigating the second half of life. This includes women questioning direction or purpose, dating again in midlife, managing boundaries and self-trust, or adjusting to changes such as weight loss or GLP-1 medication. You don’t need to fit a particular label. If you’re wondering what’s next and want support that feels grounded and respectful, you’re likely in the right place.

Sessions are conversational and paced. I won’t tell you what to do or analyse you. We focus on what matters to you now, notice patterns, and look at small, doable steps that support change without pressure. I draw on values-based counselling, ACT, and solution-focused approaches. Sometimes we include simple grounding or nervous system practices if that’s helpful. You’re always in control of the pace and focus.

I work online via secure video sessions. This allows me to support women across Melbourne, the Mornington Peninsula, and Australia-wide. Many clients appreciate the flexibility and ease of online counselling, especially during busy or transitional periods. All sessions are confidential and designed to feel personal and connected, even though we’re meeting online.

GLP-1s can shift appetite, mood and routines. Counselling offers a safe, practical space to make sense of changes and build habits that last—alongside your healthcare team.

ACT helps you navigate life’s challenges with clarity and purpose. It supports you to make space for difficult thoughts and feelings instead of avoiding them, so you can take meaningful action aligned with your values.

SFT is a practical, strengths-based approach focused on what’s working and what’s possible. We build on your existing resources to create meaningful, lasting change—often through small, manageable steps.

Sessions are 60 minutes online. We map what’s happening, clarify your values, choose one-to-two doable actions, and review what worked next time. I use ACT and Solution-Focused tools; you set the pace. Realistic, dignified, doable.

Live, facilitator-led online groups for women 50+. Across 4 weeks we explore a theme each session, practise simple tools, share wins/challenges, and set one small action. Optional buddy and workbook. Confidential, kind, practical.

Peer Conversations are relaxed, facilitator-guided chats with women 50+. We swap practical ideas, share wins/challenges, and set one small intention. It’s community and accountability—not counselling or medical advice.

Individual counselling: $100 per session (50 mins).
Programs (online): Living with Intention $180; Dating with Intention $180.
Post-program groups: $30 per session.

I don’t process Medicare or private health rebates. Fees are intentionally straightforward and affordable, with no referral required and no gap surprises.
