GLP-1 (glucagon-like peptide-1) medications are treatments originally developed for type 2 diabetes. They’re now widely used to support weight loss by reducing appetite, slowing digestion, and promoting a longer feeling of fullness. Common brands include Ozempic® (semaglutide) Wegovy® (semaglutide), Mounjaro® (tirzepatide).
I offer Counselling only. I don’t prescribe or advise on medication. Please follow your doctor’s guidance; I work alongside your healthcare team.

Many women feel stuck in midlife because the outward parts of life may look stable — but inwardly you’re asking big questions about meaning, belonging and direction. Confidence can wane when roles change such as children leave, relationships shift, health changes, or work reinvents itself. It’s not about age, it’s about unmet emotional needs and self-belief that hasn’t been honoured. Together we explore practical steps to rebuild confidence from the inside out.
-
Relationships, whether romantic or otherwise, change in midlife. Your needs shift, boundaries matter more, and old ways of connecting no longer suit who you are now. Understanding these emotional shifts helps you choose connection that feels safe, nourishing and authentic.
-
This feeling of , “nothing matching my inner world”, is common in midlife. It’s a sign you’re ready for intentional direction, purpose, passion, joy something that is all yours and true to you. Counselling helps you reconnect with your values, refine your expectations, and start making choices that feel purposeful and real.
-
Change can be hopeful and unsettling. Even positive shifts stir up old fears, patterns and resistance. Counselling offers a space to understand that emotional mix, honour where you’re at, and build resilience one steady step at a time.
