Evidence-informed, Values-Led Support for Women in Midlife

How we’ll work together

By the time most women reach midlife, they have carried a lot. Not just the visible responsibilities, but the unseen weight of care, change, and expectation.

This is the season when things shift. What used to work no longer fits. There is often a desire for something deeper, more truthful. A way of living that feels more like you.

That’s where our work begins.

I don’t believe in fixing. I believe in walking with you. I offer support that is practical and deeply respectful of your body, your story, and the pace that feels right for you.

This is not just talk therapy.

Many of the women I work with experience stress not just in their thoughts but in their bodies. Tight shoulders. Tiredness that doesn’t shift. A nervous system that’s always on.

Our work includes noticing those signals. Learning what they are trying to tell you. And building tools to respond with care, not criticism.

This is counselling that honours your nervous system, not just your thoughts.

Evidence-Based Support for Real Life

I draw on Person Centred Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused techniques, and over 20 years of lived experience in leadership in the Australian Government and group facilitation.

These are not just theories. They are tools that support real, meaningful change. I know because I've lived this journey and made intentional life changes that have bought me real meaning, purpose, love, connection and joy. I want this for every woman I work with. Especially, the woman who is reading this right now.❤️

Midlife is a powerful threshold. Together, we explore what matters to you now, what you want more of, and what you’re ready to leave behind.
