If you’re 50+ and navigating GLP-1—considering it, using it, or coming off—it can feel like you’re building a new life while the world shouts “diet harder.” Hard pass. This space is different: kind, practical, and community-led. We focus on mindset, values, and daily anchors—so you feel steadier long after the hype fades.
Why I built this program (and why it’s not another diet thing)
I’ve walked this road myself—losing 30 kilos naturally, unfortunately regaining all 30 kilos (alas all too common), then finding my way with GLP-1 and losing all 30 kilos again. It’s not a linear process - it’s a real life journey.
What finally worked wasn’t punishment; it was values, self-compassion, tiny experiments, and support. That’s exactly what we practise together in Living Well with GLP-1. We keep it kind, evidence-informed, and shame-free. It’s progress not perfection.

How it works (online, welcoming women worldwide)
Format: Four 75-minute Zoom sessions in a small group.
Between sessions: tiny, doable practices, optional buddy support.
Afterwards: “Living Well Together” check-ins so you don’t have to do the next chapter alone.
Privacy & respect: clear group agreements (confidentiality, no shaming, “stay in our lane”).
Evidence-informed, heart-led
You’ll find GLP-1 basics and research context in the workbook, plus therapy-informed tools from Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and self-compassion—practices shown to support sustainable change and reduce shame. We keep it practical and human.
